We take pride in every jar we make. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

  • Items received damaged or broken
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Products with visible quality defects

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted food products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
