Where We Deliver

We currently ship to all Emirates across the UAE including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times:

• Dubai: 1-2 business days
• Abu Dhabi and Sharjah: 2-3 business days
• Other Emirates: 2-4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

• Free delivery on all orders above AED 250
• Standard delivery: AED 35 for orders below AED 250

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at our contact page.

Handling

All Um Zayed products are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
